Can I take my Cordless Iron on a plane?
Airline approval is required if you’re travelling with a battery-powered, heat-producing product. Cordless straighteners are in this category, so we always recommend requesting airline approval prior to travel.

Will this work in other countries?
Our Original Cordless Iron comes with universal voltage and plug adaptors, meaning you can travel anywhere in the world with your favourite styling tool.

Does The Cordless Iron have hibernate/automatic switch off?
Our Original Cordless Iron does switch off if not used for 3 minutes.

Can I curl my hair using The Cordless Iron?
Our Original Cordless Iron has innovative curved full-size plates meaning they will create seamless curls on the go.

What size are The Cordless Iron plates?
They are equal to the size of the Original and Touch Iron plates 90mm x 23mm.

Are the plates ceramic?
The plates are ceramic and Infused with our signature healing minerals Sericite and Tourmaline to seal the hair’s cuticle and lock in moisture for shinier hair every time you style.

Approximately 90 minutes.

All CLOUD NINE products come with a standard warranty that lasts from the day you buy for 2 years. You can extend Iron and Wand* warranties to three years if you register your product within 14 days of purchase.

An issue within the warranty period? We'll repair or replace your product for free. For problems outside of warranty, contact our Customer Experience Team through our Help Centre for advice on next steps. Please note that if you haven’t registered your Iron or Wand for extended warranty, we can't honour the extended warranty.

*Excludes The Original Cordless Iron which has only a 1 year warranty and a 6 month warranty for the battery.
