We take pride in the quality of our products, so we hope that you never experience any problems. However, in the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, we will ensure the returns process is as quick and easy as possible.

How to create a warranty claim

Step 1. Click here and complete the returns form.

Step 2. You’ll receive a confirmation email containing your returns form. Please print this form and enclose it in your returns parcel.

Step 3. You'll be sent an email to create your pre-paid postage label via Royal Mail. 


Step 4. Take your parcel and QR code to your chosen drop off point and they’ll take care of the rest! Your return is trackable.

Step 5. Hold tight! We expect to process your warranty claim within 10 business days once we have received your product. We will email you once your product has been recieved. We will email you again once your warranty claim has been processed.

If you've changed your mind, you can return your device or accessory to us within 45 days of purchase to obtain a refund.

How to return your order

Step 1. Call our Customer Experience Team on 01423 223327 to create your return.

Step 2. You’ll receive a confirmation email containing your returns form. Please print this form and enclose it in your returns parcel.

Step 3. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unmarked and undamaged. You can re-use the shipping box we sent to you to secure your parcel. Any CLOUD NINE gifts received with your original purchase must be returned in your parcel to receive your full refund.

Step 4. Return your parcel back to us within 14 days to our returns address. This will be stated on your confirmation email.

Step 5. Hold tight! We expect to process your refund within 14 days of receipt of your parcel at CLOUD NINE. We will email you once your return has been received and again when your refund has been processed.
